Shop bug - showing deactivated options

when you are on that page, to the left you can see options which i assume are deactivated.
they do not show when at any other page in the shop though. (they dont even show up when you go on one of the pages.)
the "earn free tc" page, which used to show surveys has 2 buttons that dont work. not sure if the paypal options work but i rather not try that.
