1.)Mostly red hair with white streaks

2.) A small tattoo under one of the eyes, preferably Japanese characters or

3.) for you to come up with the rest of the head (extra small things, facial expression, gender, etc)

4.) either white/grayish or red eyes. I'm not sure what will look better

My budget: 350k, but i'm looking to pay in the 100k- 250k range. We can negotiate prices.
