i cant join, Beggining, Medium good, expert server (dont know real name) could anybody explain why i cant?
it just says: Not connected on every server i join

Well, from your QI, you should only be able to join the Black Belt static servers.

But you're not connecting to those, either?

Can you join servers that people created?

cant join Semi Pro and those
its working perfect on player hosted servers
on Semi Pro servers i get the screen with all players and all but it says "Not Connected" strange stuff

Semi pro servers are for brown belt and below, you need to use the pro servers.
