Just a young boy who loved to play outside in the rain all the time. He was 10 years old with many goals in his life. He studied how physics works and other science education he took. He had to walk home every day after school since he walked 10 minutes to the school and back. On Wednesday, afternoon the storm came swarming by the city. By the name of Roukan, he walks home in heavy rain with loud thunder. Roukan was always a fast-learner, but as he kept walking. He was struct by fast-lightning. Knocking him out, he wakes up levitating in the clouds with whispering voices. He was very confused and scared while suddenly drops Roukan miles down to the ground until the very floor he wakes up on his bed--scared of what happening. He then hears one loud thunder, his eyes go blank white and electricity crawling all over his body and finally yells "POWER" in a deep loud voice. Everything stops, his parents rushed into Roukan's bedroom just to find a big blasted hole with wind blowing loud and the bed obliterated as he joins the family of POWER. Not knowing his dead brother will be his legendary master POWER.
