Why does the "previously know as" arrow show only some people and not others who i KNOW had a namechange before, it's buggering me a lot

the 3rd box down lets you choose whether you would like your previous aliases to be known publicly, they chose to have it turned off.

i think this should be automatically on for everyone tbh

Some may not want to reveal previous names
