So I just got toriprime and i put a gif in my sig, but for whatever reason its not showing on my sig when i post, is there a option for it to show or is it just bugged?

Did you put [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] code into your signature?

You should have the gif uploaded in the Signature Picture section.
Then you have to add an empty [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] tag where you want it to be displayed (there is an Insert Signature Picture button for that), you don't need to add an URL or something alike.
