oh cool, i'll start to give some incentive 
one of the best things i learned from toribash was patience. there have been so many people who like to push boundaries in tb and since it's very community driven most members know each other fairly well. it was a great test to have to learn how to keep my mouth shut. it's helped me in many of my jobs and contracts
