MSVCR110.dll Not Found
It says that the MSVCR110.dll isn't found and it isn't in this update for me to run the program but any other version of 5.4 I can run. Is there a way I can fix this?

Your computer is missing the Visual C++ Redistributables, you can get them from Microsoft, although Steam should install the latest ones for you automatically.
