This is my second try on manipulation, but i could only decap cause it took me time to reach uke, i trowed him really far XD.

I would be happy if someone could guive-me some advice.

it would have been better if you hadn't kicked him while he was down. it kinda takes away the point that u manipulate him into teh air then jump up and do something awesome. try it. i cant do it because i suck but u prolly can
