I uploaded a new head about 4 hours ago and it still hasn't uploaded. I tried it again later and still it didn't upload xP. Usually textures only take a couple minutes for my computer. The file format is JPEG and it is black white and red. If anyone has any advice for me it would be much appreciated.

you need to upload it in .tga format and it has to be 128x128

it also cant be indexed.

What's indexed?

if you used GIMP to make your texture and you added any lighting effects or anything, it makes your image indexed.

I didn't use any lighting effects, but ok.

Texture uploads seems to be broken ATM, there's a few people having the same issue. Drop a mail to [email protected] to get it fixed.
