The description on this item is super vague. Says it can be fused to a number of textures...but how?

Can't find documentation anywhere.

In your inventory, select any fitting item (force, relax, primary gradient or head texture) and click "Customize". After that you'll see the menu where you can fuse the available effects into it. First fusion is always free, adding more than 1 effect costs Shiai Tokens.

Cool! Can I unfuse it and move it to another item at some point, or is it stuck on the fused item for good?

You can remove the effect, but you won't get it back

the case is the same with all glows.
