rulex hasn't been on the forum for 3 weeks. The last thing he sent you was a Radioactive Relax. Presumably he hasn't sent the other item yet.

snorlaxen indeed has sent the 4k credits. Your transfer history says that you've recieved them. Double-check to make sure that you have/haven't got them.
