Is there another way of acquiring no Qi items besides using shiai tokens?

There'll usually be people with packs (depending on who you talk to) all in itself that hold no qi requirements, just expect prices to vary depending on the color you're looking for of course.

there's also events hosted by the event squad or market squad (or even official) which bode prizes where you QI restrictions don't matter.
