We want to resell it but don't want to be stuck with it when the price plummets. Even now if you check the recent sales the average sell price is 70k, and that's on the market, not forums. If you don't need to sell it quick it would be better to list it there.

Either way even you know that the average price is 70K The lowest I'm willing to go is 65K definitely not 45 lol
