im not sure what is wrong withmy account but it wont let me join any servers when i try to play. i just got back to trying to play again after years of not playing.

Hi, make sure you're using correct credentials to log in, your account history says all your recent in-game login attempts failed.

hmm that is a little weird because i am able to log in to the website and into the game it loads my players textures and everything but when i go online to play it just says the servers couldnt load. what should i try?

Go to Account screen and click "Switch account" button, then verify your credentials are correct and press "Log in". If it fails then your credentials aren't right, if it goes through then you should be able to access online rooms.

this helped, i changed my password and logged in again and it worked. thank you
