i ride bmx so the most common spots i hit are my shins, im usually ripping them up from the pins on my pedals. those hurt alot for a while but not so much anymore. hitting metal to taint is pretty bad but i wouldnt say its the worse
i snapped my acl twice and the first time didnt hurt, the second time was the worst pain i ever felt
so ig worst things would be hits that tear ligaments
