Its a good start. You seem to know how to use pivot very well, but you need to learn some concepts of animation. Check out this tutorial: link. I know that this isn't a pivot tutorial, but it is a great tutorial on animation in general. Check it out and you could create some very nice work.

eh, it was okay but i don't really like pivot :

frame rate doesnt do it justice
The animation is fine but people just appearing on screen doesnt realy do it for me
