I beleive you should only be able to get qi restricted items when you get that amount of qi.

Now that Ravenger and Hector are selling pure to blackbelts for 70k, it makes my hard work of fighting up to 700 fights away from pure worthless.

Are you joking?

Their price is fucking ridiculous. I'd rather do 10 000 fights and have a goal, than paying 70 times an items value so that two filthy rich members of this community can become even richer.
