Hey guys, during one of my KO tourneys, ~iceshadow entered the bout list.....

I did not open another TB screen, or log on at another comp.

My nickname is set as ~[RAWR]IceShadow.

I started freaking out and kicked him from the server. He never talked.



Should I be worried? Should I change my pass?

Probably best to do so just in case.

Just a thought: Can't it be that just writ an awkward dash in front of the name and logged in on a new account to make it seem like he hacked you?

Like... Set login to:

User name: ~IceShadow
Password: randomgibberish

I think that's possible. But as this seems as a high belt tourney, it is suspicious.

That's a good point, but no users with that username exist.

If you spot him again grab his IP address (you can check it in game) & we can track down who ever it is.

people can have two accounts with the same name, just the caps are different.

no scammer/hacker, just a noob with the same name as you.

EDIT: ohshi- he has ingame admin, hacker. HACKER!

he logged in on your account, but changed the name to lowercase.

I've checked - there's only 1 account using 'IceShadow'

Can you check for ~IceShadow as well?

You can put an artificial dash in front of your name, no problem. So check that specific username with dash, would you? I would do it myself, if I knew how.
