Allright :-) My framerate is usally 25-31. is there anyway to get it higher >.<

My specs are.

Geforce 8600GT

1gb ram

Pentium 4 HT 3.2 Remember it is HT

And sometimes the framerate drops to 15 >.> Thanks fro mbamse

Go into setup>options

you can set the maximum fps, set it to 60, or whatever you want.

The fps 30 or 60 doesn't really change anything, but that's the jist of it. The newer versions had the fps of 30, which was kind of lame.
