yea, title says everything. i know how to write different things in the thread title edit after clicking the EDIT button but when i click "Save changes", nothing actually changes. help?

You can't. Well, I think you can't. I'm pretty sure of it. Only Smods & Admins can do it.

You need to use the edit in thread tools.

i think if you edit the first post, you can change the title.

That doesnt work. It only changes the title at the top of the thread, not the one displayed outside the thread.

The way skulschick said is correct, if normal users can do that :P

I am sure that only forum moderators and admins amy edit thread titles.

When you edit the thread title from a post, it edits the post title.
When you're admin you can use thread tools to edit thread title.

It will only work if you are a mod or smod ect though
