That lame is using someone's head texture. Unfortunatly, i can't remember who's texture is that, buy maybe you will remember. When I asked him for it ,he said "from google"...so he didn't buy it.

The simple facts are:

1. He didn't make the head.
2. He didn't buy the head or have the owners permission to use it.

Even if the owner never intends on returning it's no reason to steal a texture.
