Alright, this is a thread dedicated purely to me and perhaps the co-leaders. Keep in mind this is not because i'm an attentionwhore. (that has other effects) I want to know about my leadership skills. This is because i want to know what i'm doing wrong and how i can improve when we do the merge. Constructive critism only please. Don't be afraid to speak your mind. Also, you could tell me the good things if you want i guess.
