Do you know what sucks about toribash?
Is that you cant rotate anything either than lumbar and chest. I mean if your going for a jab-right cross combination, you just... you simply cant. Like if you have your pecs contracted and lower shoulders and contracted elbows, you cant extend the elbow to go straight. your arm just goes down. You need to raise shoulder the other way, not just up. That my friends is what sucks about TB.
