this is a move i developed for aikido:
Relax all
Right rotate chest
Contract left pec
Contract right pec
Grabby hands
Contract right hip
Contract right knee
Extend left hip
Extend both glutes
SPACE x1
Extend right knee
Extend left knee
Extend left ankle
Space x1
This move has quite alot of variables, for example you can choose not to extend your glutes or your left knee and ankle and it will make a very similar move. You can alter most parts of this move and it will still work fairly well. I suggest you play around with it and make decisions based on the move your oponent uses.
