It takes some time to get your voucher, I think.
You have to PM the RedeemBot, with your voucher code.

Did you use a mobile? Because then you don't get a voucher code, just leave it empty.

did not use mobile ordered at about 12:00 pm it`s been 3 hours 30 mins so yeah

I had to wait about 16 hours for my pack and stuff, so just calm down and pm redeembot and wait.
