Flames take up to a week to arrive - Gman's making them by hand ATM.

But hell, it's worth the wait - just look at mine:



Once you've got the flame item, grab a flame texture & you can make awesome flames like mine.

And the rest of you - go spend some money cos having flames makes you instantly cool ;)

i got one question wut does flames do?!

Just look at my picture and you'll see what they do.

You can use them along with normal trails & texture trails, so with the right combination you will look uber awesome. ^_^

i thought it was like insta if u use grabby hands it explodes and makes w/e body part u grabbed and held come off.

Naah, TBH they have to be seen for you to get the full effect of how cool they really are. Also they look awesome without shaders too - so no worries about that.

If people want to experience them and see how cool they could be then do the following:

Start single player.

/download skulfuk
(wait a few minutes - I've a lot to download)

/lp 0 skulfuk

Then play. You'll notice my flames etc activate when you start playing & once you've finished watch the replay for the full effect.

Also I've got one of the new bumpmapped textures on my head - I've done a pretty crappy job of the bumpmap, but you'll get the idea.

Then hopefully you'll see how awesome they are & feel the need to spend some money to get them.

Remember that every penny spent keeps the game & servers alive. ;)

If I were to buy flames, could I send gman the code I want for them?
