I tried to buy the Nabi March 10,000 TC Pack but after clicking the paypal, it gets me to the paypal error page saying it could not complete my operation.

I first thought it was because i had attached no email when i created my account through the game but i have created this new account which has the same e-mail address as my paypal account link to it and still the same result occurs.

what should be done to fix my problem?

Paypal kicks out any unpatched/out of date browser. It's for security reasons.
