dun like the black tribal behind the logo. seems too separate from it.
and the 'L' fades out too much, at first glance i only see the 'J' because its so "BAM" in your face
lettering could be slightly more toned down

like the rest of it tho.

Something more "clean" perhaps =/...its all too crowded and its hard to read the J and the L

Meh, don't like it, the colors don't really go well together and the black tribals don't fit. It's also not exactly a logo, it's more of a banner.
Try going for simple shapes like just a stylish acronym.

too many colors, shades, objects, effects... looks like you have some good ideas but its all too messy.

I'd recommend trying and start from a single color and base idea, without any effects, then once the whole shape is truly done and looks good without anything, add some gradients and effects as a finishing touch.

L could be larger, cuz i didn't notice it until i read the comment

perhaps shifting the tribals up would do the trick? I'm not sure, since i don't do logos much, it's just an idea
