Posting to try and get some help, because I cannot connect to any game when my brother, on a computer directly behind me, is playing online as i type. Help would be loved.

I've tried uninstalling; then reinstalling, didn't help... So, as i said before, can anyone help me?

Ummm....

Fix your firewall settings
Disable your internet security
etc....

I've allowed it through my firewall, I've turned it off and tried to join a game, and it still hasn't connected
Any other ideas of what could be causing it?

NOTE: I know I can be online as well, because I was online last night... which is why I'm so confused.

Try to join a custom server perhaps...

Like one of the ones in the middle, or near the bottom

I got in a custom server... so why can't I get in a ranked one...? X_x

Hmm, it sure beats me

I havent been to a whitebelt server in 15,000 games
Try joining the "semipro" i believe servers
Or
Just play in custom for a while
