we need to imporve everything we got.

theres about 4/3 active playes (Me,Aspire,Zanzaba,and Dethreaper)
thats not much.

i say recruit lower belts this time im not asking im demanding

i mean sure we might get worse rep but we can build on that once we have enough players.

right know our aim should be to stop our inactiveness because when we stick to 1 goal (to be the best) we get blinded

if you cant do this then i think somone else should take charge

I want to stick with black belts not because of a Rep but becuase they have more responsibility by proving they took the time to become black belts.

I assure you that we will get more members. It will take time, you just need to hold your breath and dive into your problems.
