Well if we're gonna have a record of running, we should make it perfectly clear WHAT exactly running is. It would be logical if running is going from one point to another with only legs touching the ground. And possibly you could also add that the feet have to be alternating.
If you call that running, I'd say this would be perfectly valid. Even though it doesn't actually look like running.
