Its emote color write in chat /em and that text will be green (orc color) . Its text over your head. If you will buy another color emote it will be another colored text over your head.

Emotes are texts appearing above your head.

Experiment them by typing in the chatbox /em My text here !!!

You will see a green (if you have orc) text above your char's head

For the Head, you need to buy a Head Texture for 20K toricredits, then upload a custom picture on your head, with the head texture.

I suggest you to buy Toricredits, Packs, or Toriboosters... it will be easier to have a head texture !

You buy the head texture item for 20k.
