<Muse> hush little kronos, dont you cry, Muse is gonna sing you a lullaby
That exact kick has been posted so many times. Was rejected before, and will be rejected again.

I also posted a 550k ish flawless kick and I was told it didn't count because the damage had to be caused in one frame.

DeeJayy: Whomever told you that is incorrect. Feel free to repost and I'll check it out.

Larfen: Please follow correct submission format, however I'd say this doesn't count since it isn't your move.
Glad there's some attention drawn to this though. That's quite a low record.

If this is most damage in one kick, does shuffling (contracting and extending the knee while the foot is inside the head) nullify the replay?

As an example what I mean, there should be a replay in your default replay folder called 'E-TheONEMILLIONKick' made by Eldritch.

Yeah, that's why the one million kick isn't a record
But if I kept my knee extended, I would've gotten even more points. The contracting only gets rid of Uke's points.
Well, the submission is for most points with a flawless win. As long as Uke has none, I don't see why that would disqualify it.

Edit: Nevermind, I see what you're saying. That replay beats the regular one and the one hit one though.

It's in, by the way.
