Yes I agree with Phail, their looking for world domination not internet domination! No kidding, but it is only certain individuals that are hackers and there are others who aren't. At one point I do recall us banning all Ukraine IP addresses. Thought it was a bit extreme, but a necessary sacrifice.

Just ban the individual hackers, making a racist conclusion solves nothing.

Every single russian TB member i met so far was very nice ( as far as i understood them ) so stop blaming a whole country for some lousy dudes who can be found in pretty much every other country as well.
