Also, next time, ask for tcs first, since head images can't be returned like tcs can.

Provide us proofs (screenshots), the name of the guy and a proof that you made a deal with him.

Find what you want to take a screenshot of and go to your keyboard look for the key that says
Print
Screen

Push it, Then open up paint or somthing and press Ctrl+V to past it in, Resize it to include what you want and save it.
The pm it to an admin.
