I found that pressing f8 while in-game will make a screenshot, well, when i did it it said-

"tb.exe has stopped working"

then the screen just closes...
i have windows vista, so i was wonderig if that could have anything to do with it also

Learn how to use the Print Screen button and paint/photoshop.

I.e. Press "PrtScn" or "Print Screen" on your keyboard (however it's labelled it's usually on the top right of the keyboard, near the keypad somewhere) and then open an image editing program, or Microsoft Paint.. which I believe comes with all versions of windows (maybe not vista? I wouldn't know) and once your image editing program is open, make a canvas the size of your screen (the resolution) or in paint just press ctrl+v and it should auto-re-size and paste the image you saved to your clipboard by pressing the print screen button... hope this helps.
