you cant. Blood Vodka is actually an item. It is extremely rare, thats why it is 500k for it.

Those items are rare TB stuff.
You can't make them on your own.
Those are collector's items.

yes, it is one of a handful of rare useless items.
Other ones are:
Toribeer
Highland tomatoes
Master Siku's piano
Hampa's knife
Blood vodka
Game Controller
Eriol Icecream
and a few more, i can't remember all the names

if we let anyone create their own collectible, it would just be a half-assed-MSPaint icon with a stupid name and a ridiculously high price that would only take up hosting space.
