Okay every day I play TB I have to delete these two files stderr and stdout off my desktop =/

and her is what they say:
failed to load texture data/textures//menu
failed to load texture data/textures//menu
failed to load texture data/textures//menu

and

WWW 960
req reaload 6
HHH 540

=/ and for some reason about 1/3 of my screen is blank (white) every time I minimize or maximize it re-appears and goes away each time.

Also I am missing about 90 mods...

Stderr = Standard Error = Where every bugs are written.
That data/textures//menu stuff is nothing, don't worry. Everyone has got it.

I suggest you to modify the installation path of Toribash, since they are created & replaced everytime you launch Toribash

Stdout = Standard Out = Toribash screen informations. WWW = Width, HHH = Height

This file will be created everytime you launch Toribash too

About your screen, resize it to 800x600, it should help.

For this, type /re 800 600

For the mods, copy every mods from the Toribash 3.69 folder (if you still have it) in the 3.7 folder.
