Is gimp the easiest way to create head textures?

I like the more straightforward style

Like Visual basic compared to Java perhaps

It's a bit easier to master than PS i think

The best part is that it's free legally, while Photoshop costs a lot

Well basically, it depends of your skills.
Nobody could say which one is easier to use ; personally, I hate Gimp (I'm totally lost in it), and I prefer Photoshop even if it's much more complex to use (through what people say).

I suggest you to experiment, and you are the only one who'll be able to tell which one do you prefer.

But gimp is free and not needed to get cracked\hacked and it opensource!

But maybe he's got Photoshop...
Anyway, there's nothing more to say here.

As I said in my previous post, YOU are the only one able to tell which image editing program is better.

Anyway, make researches on Gimp if you still don't have it.
