I wanted to make a poll to decide whether Members, or everyone who wanted to participate, participate. I go to edit my first post, searching for the 'post a poll' button. I didn't see it. So i go and click 'Go Advanced', and still didn't see it.

Can someone show me how to get to the poll, or just get a moderator to do it for me. If someone will do it for me, heres the format.

Question: Who participates in the Runners League Tourney?
Poll #1: Only Runners League members
Poll #2: Anyone who comes before it starts.(for recruiting)
Poll #3: Everyone

Edit: The post has been for several weeks. But i recently wanted to add a poll. I think that is why i can't post a poll. But i need help!
