I was trying to upload a replay to the server today and received an error. Do you have to do something special before you can upload replays, or is this just a bug?

bug i guess,
1.always be sure to pick from ur replay folder,
always click this "manage attachments" and browse ur replays and WAIT it will take 1 minute i think, and then post it .

2.check your internet options you might be blocking files from this site.
