It looks like all your heads are done in MS Paint.
While its highly possible to shade and such in Paint, it's difficult and unnecessarily time consuming.
Download Gimp 2.0 and get to work on making some awesome heads, with shading and intricate textures.

However, the last and second head is somewhat suited to your style

Novitech, do i have to resize the image or just put "These Textures Are Bigger Than 128x128 resolution which toribash uses and when resized may be quality less."?
