The best way to do it is to upload to an image hosting website e.g. http://www.imageshack.us. Upload you're image there, then post a thread in Art/Textures with a clear title. Copy the URL of the image from the image hosting website and incase it in .

Umm..if you don't know how to post spinny heads, I would have a look for a tutorial on that. But its really just open you're head texturre in GIMP then go Filter - Render - Spinning Globe and save it as a .GIF.
