Well... seeing as you're new, those aren't THAT bad. A few pointers, though.

Try to gain momentum, instead of just rotating now and then.
Be faster while hitting uke.
Relax all after a couple o' frames, to keep the replay fluid. (optional, but it helps.)
Try to depend less on grab.
Be more precise on your hits.
Don't take so much time between your blows.
USE ALL OF YOUR JOINTS. If you see you can't get much momentum out of a joint, relax it, it's always the case with the most momentum gain. Even the wrists and feet can be decisive on some dismemberments.

That's pretty much everything I have to say.
About 3/10 overall.
Pointless movements look bad, every move you make should be leading to something.

Before you start moving, first have an idea in your head what you are going for, and then aim for it. If you just move and hope for something fun to happen, you are bound to make lots of pointless moves and it makes the replays look bad.

R (replay) and E (edit) are your friends, use them. When you want to pinpoint some close move or max efficiency on a hit, use shift+space to move one frame at time.

I'm new myself too, the more experienced people should be able to be more accurate, but that should help too.
Red Devil pretty much covered it all.
Make sure to use all your joints(or most of them anyway) it gives you much more power and momentum.
Rellllaxxx it gives you much more power and thrust and when you can also use the ground to built up tork for your attack.
try not using grab unless its to pull the uke to you it ruins the replay.
also when you do you *punches* or whatever you did in those replays you can contract your wrist so it eiser hit.
And finnaly when you are waiting in your replay for an attack just give up on it when you make a replay it looks much more professional if you attack, attack, attack not attack, wait, attack.

for a biggener you get a 2.5/10

I disagree with the bold. BUT I agree with the blue. It's sorta hard to explain.
When I make a replay, I have absolutely no idea what I'm gonna make. At the very, very beginning I just improv with joints until I get something that looks interesting and then some how use that as a setup for a hit.
