Some One Please Help Me
Ive been trying to submit a head but the forums keep saying
"Database error The Toribash Forums database has encountered a problem." Some one plz tell me what to do.

If your not registered then you can't submit a head. Simple as.

If you are, then your picture might not be fitting the guidelines (which are, in case you missed them, 128x128 pixels in any of the following formats: JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .TGA)

And is your picture fitting the guidelines set? If not, then I believe the chances of it successfully uploading are relatively close to 0
