So I got a cocker spaniel on weds, he is 7 wks old.

He will NOT chew on any toys.
He ONLY Chews hands, fingers, toes, ears, nose, hair, etc.

Ive tried to give him a toy, and he just walks away.

Anything I can do?

Stick it in his mouth. And spank him or yell at him to train him not to bite people.

Give him a bone.

But seriously, wrap lie cheese around a toy and try giving it to him.

When pups are young they chew to strenghten their teeth. Attach a fake finger to your finger and then you won't get hurt.

He was teachen wrong, you must find a way to teach him.
Have you heard any "Bone cookies"? It's some bones that are like rubber and it tastes meat. try them.

Ok but seriously, Try soaking the toy(s) in a meat flavoured shanigan.
That should make that toy his favourite! It worked on my jack russel!

Mine 1-2 months little bea..i mean dog still doesn't chew anything beside carpets >_> ergh.

Give the pup some time, or get something that squeaks.

My dog never liked toys until she was a bit older, so yeah, they eventually get around to it
